Terms and Conditions

- All Prices are net prices, the shipping cost will be charged at actuals and added to the net price - The payment terms are 100% in advance on placing the order and the vendor acknowledging the order - The artwork will be dispatched within five days from the receipt of advance payment - All bank charges shall be borne by the buyer - Any dispute regarding the artwork, payment, shipping, artwork received in damaged condition etc. shall be referred to Exquisite Art, Singapore. The decision by Exquisite Art shall be binding on both the Vendor and Buyer

Shipping Policy

- Shipping costs shall be intimated by the Vendor to the buyer within five working days of receipt of order
- The Vendor will dispatch the artwork within five working days from the date of receipt of advance
- The Vendor will intimate the buyer within two working days of dispatch of artwork
- The Vendor will take adequate precaution at the time of packing the artwork. The packing will be of international standard followed by the international courier companies
- In case the Buyer receives the artwork in damaged condition due to damage during the shipping, the Buyer will immediately inform the Courier Company's local office in the country of dispatch
- The Buyer will send photographs of the damaged artwork and the copy of document acknowledgment of damage from the local office of the courier company, to the Vendor within two working days
- All disputes regarding artwork and damaged artwork shall be referred to the Exquisite Art, Singapore. The decision by the Exquisite Art, Singapore shall be binding on both the Vendor and Buyer

Return Policy

- The Buyer can return the artwork to the Vendor within five working days from the date of receipt of the artwork, only if the artwork is received in damaged condition and the Buyer having informed the Courier Company and the Courier Company acknowledging the damage. The Vendor will arrange to pick up the artwork from the Buyer within five working days from the date of Buyer sending the copy of acknowledgement of damage from the courier company
- The artwork can not be returned under any other situation unless the Buyer and Seller agree about returning the artwork. The shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer in such a case
