Giraffe with Sunshine

Veronica S.Y. (Wild on Canvas) is a wildlife artist based in Singapore. Her works are impressionistic acrylic paintings, capturing energy of wildlife creatures in a vivid and bright colours with textured stroke. She gets inspiration from nature, especially from the animals from her trips to safari in South Africa and Sri Lanka. She captures reflection of sunlight and sea waves on her paintings. Veronica participated in Tatinis Art Fair with acrylic paintings in Singapore in 2019, followed by group exhibition with her oil pastel paintings. All creatures in her series have various colours of nature. She gets inspiration from the sea and the sky which change colours depending on time, depth and weather. She participated in the Tatinis art fair in May 2019, following her first exhibition in December 2017.
